Recovery procedure (if Cal.com loses the config)

1. Open app.cal.com/event-types/5471203?tabName=advanced.

2. Recopy each question from this page (label + options) into Advanced → Booking questions → "Add a question". Use the FR wording (Cal.com is currently set to FR for byCaliber).

3. Faster API alternative: PATCH https://api.cal.com/v2/event-types/5471203 with Bearer CAL_API_KEY (siloed wrangler secret on the relevant backup worker) and body {"bookingFields":[...]}. Options format: [{"label":"...","value":"..."}].

4. Rule: every event-type PATCH must include the FULL bookingFields payload, otherwise Cal.com resets to system defaults and wipes the custom ones.
