The Cal.com v2 API exposes no conditional-logic property on booking fields, so the three would all show at once and all be required, which would force a school to answer a career question. Until the conditions can be set in the Cal.com interface, one open question does the job. The three target labels are recorded here so nothing is lost.
Removed on 07/09/2026: the price question. It read L’accompagnement byCaliber est à 1 800 € TTC. Est-ce compatible avec ton projet ? with options Oui / Pas maintenant mais possible / Pas dans mon budget. It filtered on the €1,800 engagement, which is now the upsell rather than the entry point, and it made no sense at all to a university booking a free talk. Do not reinstate it without a new entry price.
Also removed: poste, frustrations and echeance, the three other French questions. The full French configuration of 12 fields is archived outside Cal.com if a rollback is ever needed.

Recovery procedure (if Cal.com loses the config)

1. Open app.cal.com/event-types/5471203?tabName=advanced.

2. Recopy each question from this page (label + options) into Advanced → Booking questions → "Add a question". Everything is in English since 07/09/2026.

3. Faster API alternative: PATCH https://api.cal.com/v2/event-types/5471203 with Bearer CAL_API_KEY (siloed wrangler secret on the relevant backup worker) and body {"bookingFields":[...]}. Options format: [{"label":"...","value":"..."}].

4. Rule: every event-type PATCH must include the FULL bookingFields payload, otherwise Cal.com resets to system defaults and wipes the custom ones.
