Trois directions, deux polices chacune
Constraint set by AL: two type families maximum across the whole brand. The mono is therefore gone from track A, its micro-labels move to Inter spaced capitals. Inter Tight and Blueprint are out, replaced by two tracks that each have a signature.
The title becomes "Your next career move, engineered." as you proposed. The portrait is an empty circle, the green is gone everywhere.
Instrument A · your favourite, tightened
Instrument Serif for the titles, Inter for everything else. The mono is gone: two faces, not three. The micro-labels move to Inter 600 spaced capitals, which holds the same role without importing a third family. It is the Mercury and Arc register.
Your next career move,
engineered.
I spent three years inside French aerospace and defence. I now sit on the other side of the hiring table, and I take engineers through the move they are about to make.

Maison B · nouvelle
Bodoni Moda + Inter. A very high-contrast didone, sharp thicks and thins. It is exactly the Hermès register you recognised in the calliper. Bronze accent #8A6A3C, a single one, very discreet. The most expensive-looking of the three, and the riskiest if the copy is not up to it.

Atelier C · nouvelle
Space Grotesk + Inter. A grotesque with real drawing singularities, originally designed for technical use. It has a signature, unlike Inter Tight which looks like everybody. Slightly green-grey paper #F2F3F1, zero accent colour: the ink does everything.
